January’s Model of the Month: Blair Woodward!
Ashley Talley of Serenity Day Spa and I have collaborated over the past few months and are coming out with a “Model of the month” project. We have come up w/ new styles, new fashion (thank you Manik for all of your wonderful clothes / accessories!) and have picked a model of the month to showcase online and in print in Serenity Day Spa. Make sure to run by Serenity Day Spa at 1102 North Jackson and check out this month’s print! Every month we will showcase a different model photograph, hair/make-up done by Serenity.
I would also like to give a special thank you for the wonderful frame donated by Melissa’s Custom Framing. Melissa does AMAZING work, you really should check her out. Keep your business local Magnolia! I honestly do not think that anyone around Magnolia / Arkansas / Anywhere can do a better job at framing than Melissa’s Custom Framing. Trust me, she does all my work for my house / office / family!

Catching up!! Been a wild 2009!
Hey everyone! I have had quite a few of my friends / clients that have told me that they have really missed my blog posting, and all I can say is I’m incredibly sorry for not posting lately! I have been so busy, it’s been wild! I promise to do better this next year, and I plan on posting a few shots from each shoot and give a little insight on the shoot for all that are interested. I hope 2010 proves to be the best year for all of you, and thanks again for all of your support!

New York City! Work and Vacation
Hello all!
It’s been forever, I know…my apologies! It’s been a crazy past few months! I have been to Utah, then went to New York city to visit a good friend and get a headshot clinic up there started, and then had to go to Austin Texas and Columbia South Carolina…needless to say it has been a crazy past few months!
I wanted to post a few pictures from my trip to New York City! It was such a great experience! I met a lot of really cool people, and plan on trying to go back a few times a year to hold headshot clinics for local actors in the Broadway circuit. It was amazing!

Two of my good friends came to me needing pictures of their ADORABLE little daughter, so we went out today and shot. She has long beautiful hair, and they wanted to document it before they cut it. She is one of the most gorgeous little girls I’ve ever seen, and has the most beautiful eyes don’t you think??

Bo & Amy : 2nd shooting for Crystal Goss!!!
Well what can I say, a while back my good friend and fellow photographer Crystal Goss asked me to shoot a wedding w/ her in Hot Springs and needless to say I jumped all over the opportunity. Crystal has been an unbelievable inspiration to me while I began and continue as a wedding photographer, and it was such a wonderful day. We had a blast!
These are a few of my favorites from the day. Crystal got some UNBELIEVABLE shots as well, and was a BLAST to work with. It was so much fun staying in the background and working w/ her!

Chris has been a great friend of mine for years, we grew up together practically in church. Him and his wife have recently moved back to Magnolia and are all great friends of mine and my family. We got them all together yesterday for a family shoot, my first family shoot w/ my new 5D mII…it’s unbelievable 🙂 Had fun guys!

Here is the wallers new baby boy, Jack. Isn’t he adorable? He was so cute, and the love between them all was very obvious. I had a blast shooting with them, we got some great shots!

This is a couple of my really good friends, Holly and Keith. They were so much fun to work with. It was a dreary, cloudy day and we were afraid of rain, but I’m really glad we decided to go ahead and shoot. We had a blast! My “assistant” Deanne Compton came alone for a few laughs, fun was definitely had by all 🙂

My new addition :) – Introducing Canon! – and new camera :)
Hey everyone,
As a lot of you know about me, I am a huge dog lover…especially labs. I just recently added to my collection of these beautiful dogs with this beauty. His name is Canon! Be expecting many more pictures as time goes by of him and my other dogs 🙂 I also purchased a new camera, the new Canon 5D mkII…this thing is unbelievable. This shot is one of my first shots w/ the camera, and it was shot at ISO 6400!!! That’s CRAZY!

The Future Mr. and Mrs. Alan Garrett!
This engagement shoot was a treat. Alan and Shay were a LOT of fun to work with. All I had to do was just stand back take pictures of them goofing around w/ each other. They were hilarious! You can see how much they love each other in every shot. The colors of the leaves were beautiful this day, it was gorgeous!
They are getting married in February, so check back then for pictures from their big day!
